We ship worldwide from Spain and do our best to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently. Below is everything you need to know about our delivery process.

- Japan, Singapore & South Korea: €15.00
Orders over €1,000 qualify for free shipping worldwide.
3. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Spain: 1–2 business days
- European Union and United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
- International (rest of world): 7–14 business days
These are general estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or local disruptions.
5. International Orders & Customs
All international orders are shipped from Spain. You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the shipping fee and may be collected upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you are unsure about potential charges before placing your order.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link so you can follow the delivery status.
7. Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Cireretta purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
You can request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
To start a return, email us at ciaobaby@cireretta.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return. We'll guide you through the process.
Please note return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
