1. Orders
1.1 Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes. Please contact us at ciaobaby@cireretta.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be modified or canceled.
1.2 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Unionpay), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
1.3 Where can I find the invoice for my order?
Your invoice will be included in your order confirmation email. If you need another copy, feel free to email us at ciaobaby@cireretta.com.
2. Shipping
2.1 Where do you ship to and how much does it cost?
- Spain: €5.95
- European Union: €15.00
- United Kingdom: €12.00
- Australia & New Zealand: €15.00
- USA & Canada: €30.00
- United Arab Emirates & China: €25.00
- Japan, Singapore & South Korea: €15.00
Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders over €1,000.
2.2 How long does delivery take?
- Spain: 1–2 business days
- EU & UK: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
These are estimated times and may vary depending on local customs and carriers.
2.3 How long will it take to ship a preorder item?
Pre-order items ship within two weeks or sooner. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your item is on its way. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order pieces, everything will ship together once all items are ready. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.
2.4 Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor its progress.
2.5 Are there additional charges like customs duties or taxes?
For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s import regulations. These charges are not included in your shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.
2.6 I entered the wrong shipping address — what can I do?
Please email ciaobaby@cireretta.com immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
3. Returns & Exchanges
3.1 What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
3.2 How do I return an item?
Email ciaobaby@cireretta.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
3.3 Do I need to pay for the return?
Yes, unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
3.4 When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3.5 Can I exchange my order?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order.

4.1 How do I know which size to choose?
Our silhouettes are tailored as a one-size-fits-most standard fit. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us at ciaobaby@cireretta.com for assistance.
4.2 What fabrics do you use?
We work with carefully sourced, premium-quality fabrics chosen for their elegance, durability, and feel. Fabric details are listed on each product page.
4.3 Where are your pieces produced?
We exclusively use luxurious natural fabrics that are renewable, biodegradable, and have been coveted for centuries.
4.4 How should I care for my garments?
We recommend dry cleaning only to preserve the fabric’s quality and structure. If needed, you may gently spot clean with cold water, taking extra care not to rub or stretch the material. To remove wrinkles, use a steamer or a cool iron—always from the inside of the fabric to avoid direct heat on the surface

We approach design and production with intention, placing emphasis on proximity, quality, and timeless appeal. Each piece is crafted in Spain in limited runs, in close collaboration with skilled local artisans. From concept to final stitch, we are committed to making mindful choices at every stage of the process.
