Once your order has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility and risk for the products pass to you.
This Shipping Policy applies only to purchases made through our website. Purchases made at pop-up stores or authorised retailers are subject to the terms provided at the point of sale.

Orders over €1,000 qualify for free shipping worldwide.
2. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
3. DELIVERY TIMES
We ship all orders using express shipping. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
All international orders are shipped from Spain.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by their country's authorities. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and may be collected upon delivery.
