Refund policy

If you are a consumer purchasing within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Please include your order number and a brief explanation of your request.

1. RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned items must:

  • be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery;
  • be unworn, unused and unwashed;
  • be returned in their original condition;
  • include all original packaging, tags and accessories.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration or misuse will not be accepted.

2. REFUNDS

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, you may receive either:

  • a refund to your original payment method; or
  • store credit.

Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been inspected.

3. RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Where applicable, Cireretta will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

4. EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Because each design is produced in a single cut, exchanges may be made for another available item from our collection.

If no suitable replacement is available, store credit will be offered.

5. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • photographs of the issue;
  • a description of the problem.

If the defect is confirmed, Cireretta will arrange return shipping and will offer, where appropriate:

  • repair;
  • replacement;
  • refund.

6. PRODUCT CARE

To maintain the quality of your item:

  • Dry clean only.
  • Spot clean gently with cold water if necessary.
  • Steam or cool iron on the reverse side only.
  • Do not bleach, tumble dry or machine wash.

Damage caused by improper care is not covered.
